DarknessCon is committed to making our events accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Below you'll find information about venue accessibility, sensory-friendly spaces, and support services available at our shows.

Venue Accessibility

  • All general admission areas at DarknessCon venues are wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators. Some areas within the venue, such as VIP sections, may not be fully accessible.
  • Accessible restrooms are available throughout each venue.
  • Designated accessible parking spaces are located near main entrances.
  • Service animals are welcome in all event areas.
  • Seating areas are available throughout the venue for resting.

Sensory-Friendly Spaces

  • A designated quiet room is available for guests who need a break from stimulation.
  • The quiet room has dimmed lighting, comfortable seating, and noise-reducing materials.
  • Sensory-friendly hours may be offered at select events — check the schedule.
  • Staff can direct you to the nearest low-traffic area if needed.

Support Services

  • ASL interpretation can be arranged for panels and events — request at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Mobility assistance and wheelchair escort services are available at the Info Booth.
  • Schedules and maps are available digitally on our website and mobile app.
  • First aid stations are staffed during all event hours.
  • Staff and volunteers are trained to assist guests with disabilities.

Accommodation Requests

  • To request specific accommodations, contact us before the event whenever possible.
  • Visit the Info Booth during the event for on-site assistance.
