•All general admission areas at DarknessCon venues are wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators. Some areas within the venue, such as VIP sections, may not be fully accessible.
•Accessible restrooms are available throughout each venue.
•Designated accessible parking spaces are located near main entrances.
•Service animals are welcome in all event areas.
•Seating areas are available throughout the venue for resting.
Sensory-Friendly Spaces
•A designated quiet room is available for guests who need a break from stimulation.
•The quiet room has dimmed lighting, comfortable seating, and noise-reducing materials.
•Sensory-friendly hours may be offered at select events — check the schedule.
•Staff can direct you to the nearest low-traffic area if needed.
Support Services
•ASL interpretation can be arranged for panels and events — request at least 2 weeks in advance.
•Mobility assistance and wheelchair escort services are available at the Info Booth.
•Schedules and maps are available digitally on our website and mobile app.
•First aid stations are staffed during all event hours.
•Staff and volunteers are trained to assist guests with disabilities.
Accommodation Requests
